🛒Shoppers Drug Mart 🌗Taste: ★★★☆☆ It tastes alright. When compared to KIND’s version of this, I definitely prefer KIND, but if u can’t find that brand than this is definitely still good. I find the chocolate tastes a teenie bit low quality, but that could just be me being picky. It’s not a bad chocolate. 🌖Presentation: ★★★★☆ It’s Canada Organic, plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO, Fair Trade, B-Corp, and Ecocert certified. 🌤Canada’s #1 organic snack brand, PRANA, is an organic vegan snack company based in Montreal, Canada. You can find PRANA snacks across Canada and the US, and in some parts of Europe. All of PRANA’s products are organic, plant-based, and gluten free. PRANA is B-Corp certified, and is also on the list of chocolate brands that the Food Empowerment Project feels comfortable recommending. They claim to offset their energy emissions, monitor their water and energy usage, set targets to optimize resources, and plan to become a zero food waste plant by 2023. They also seem to be testing the waters of regenerate agriculture. Their products do come packaged in non-recyclable plastic, however they claim to be working on more sustainable packaging that won’t compromise their product’s shelf life. 🌘Nutrition: ★★☆☆☆ It’s chocolate. It’s dark chocolate so it is healthier than most, but I mean it’s still chocolate. High in iron, but also very high in fat. Just 4 little pieces is 200 calories and 25% of ur daily fat needs so u definitely need self control with em lol. It is a snack, but because it’s so calorie dense I don’t think it would make the best snack. I mean who’s really out here snacking on 4 little pieces of something? It would probably taste really good and be healthier broken into smaller pieces and put in a trail mix. 🌕Value: ★★★★★ Considering the serving size, it’s really good value. If ur not like me and can control urself around snacks then it’ll probably last u a long time for a decent price. 🌗Originality: ★★★☆☆ Almond and salt dark chocolate seems to be pretty popular, but I don’t think bark is.
