Paparepa has a few locations in #washington as well as catering for events and a food truck.
They have a few clearly labelled #veganoptions on the menu including an arepa and a arepa bowl.
These #yucca #fries were ok. Yucca is a fibrous dense root that has a particuar unique texture that I really enjoy but the yucca inside of these was boiled and smashed or blended finely to make somrthing that resembles tater tots or perogies inside. I was dissapointed myself but it may jusy be a personal preference.
