Previously reviewed (yrs ago when it 1st opened) the tomyum version Pictured 👉 clear herbal #soup interpretation (with #spinach and #gojiberries) separated from deepfried pieces of #yongtaufoo. Better in fact without turning the broth into an undrinkable greasy affair like how it happened the last time, esp with the #brinjal culprit. Overall still as artery clogging as ever, just different in terms of presentation 🙃 #alliumfree
Not bad their laksa Quite a long queue waiting for the food Generous with ingredients and noodles portion
Lotsa kinks to be ironed out even for a seasoned brand like Daily Green in new foodcourt Foodies Garden (eye popping menu pricing), taking over the former space occupied by Kopitiam and its affordably priced cuisine 😑 For starters, avoid coming in on a Monday (rest day for chef) whereby exciting dishes, #veganuary OnlyEg ones alongside all ala carte one dish meal items are unavailable. Also, patience very much a virtue here, think #slowfood whereby everyone's done with their meals and my foodready dongle did not so much as screech a beep (single lady helming the entire booth). It sucks to be forgotten 😅 Now to the ugh.. food. Glisteningly #greasy at $9 for Yong Tau Foo Set C with #taro in which it should not make an appearance (that's Set A for the record). Breakdown as follows 👉 $6.50(YTF) + $1.50(tom yum) + $1(rice). Avoid dessert #tomyum alongside floating florets of undercooked #broccoli and the extra cost associated with it; I left it untouched. While we're at it, do avoid laksa broth as well (dairy laden) Verdict 👉 till regularity/normalcy returns, you're better off getting your YTF fix elsewhere (a short throw away 👉 Green by Choice) 🤷
This Time i got set c with laksa broth. It's so yummy but rice set costs $9 and was so filling i couldn't finish it
The best damn ytf I've had. I was told set A and C are vegan. Missed out the dumpling. Will order again with laksa broth
