They have more than 20 items displayed at their yong tau foo counter. I chose stuffed tofu, stuffed eggplant, stuffed bittergourd, ladies fingers, broccoli and king oyster mushroom. I ordered dry noodles to go with my yong tau foo. The dry noodles is served in a separate small bowl with braised mushrooms toppings. Overall, their food is healthy, less sodium and not greasy.
