This was chock-full of different ingredients such as bak choy, cabbage, tofu, mushrooms and mock fish, accompanied by a dollop of sambal and a lime. The dish was flavourful and yet tasted clean of MSG. At $9, I found it expensive for a simple dish common at hawker centres. #localfood #friednoodles
