Dear Vegans & Supporters,
The hor fun was velvety smooth with a nice chewy bite. Love the fullness of wok hei, it’s charred smokiness made the hor fun itself a winner. The fragrance of the black bean sauce infused in the mushrooms was divine! Might be a little on the salty side, but forgivable as black beans in my opinion, is supposed to satisfy the guilty pleasures of saltiness. 🤷🏿♀️👍🏿
