Wholemeal Walnut and Raisin Bread

Walnuts and raisins are a great combination. Excellent with peanut butter.

Love it that this is 100 per cent wholemeal! Also tastes great and not hard despite being full wholemeal, amazing. One of the must buys when I visit Genesis Vegan as I have yet to find an alternative full wholemeal bread that taste so wholesome and yummy! Also like it that the ingredients are stated on the packaging so we can be assured no funny additives go into the bread. If only this can be made more widely available for sale in Singapore. Price may be on the higher side but considering the ingredients used and that it is 100 per cent wholemeal (observe how heavy the bread is compared to our usual white fluffy bread), I would say it is worth the buy!

This handmade wholemeal bread weights 650g! It's filled with raisins and walnuts and 🧡. They use quality and healthier ingredients such as wholemeal flour, filtered water, olive oil, organic raw sugar and sea salt in their bread. The aroma and taste is simply different from commercial bread with preservatives. Genesis is a friendly place with positive vibes. Delicious bread. Not too sweet with the raisins. A little pricey.

Really soft n’ fluffy :’) Love the crunch of the chopped walnuts & the sweetness from the raisins! :)
