Warm Soy Noodles (Veganised)

super yummy and fragrant! not too sure if it's worth the price tag honestly considering that it's just a few different easily prepared vegetables! but I really love the crunchy ingredient

Loved this before I turned vegetarian so really appreciated how it can be easily veganised by just asking for them to omit the minced pork! Think the Spicy Noodles are vegan without modifications but I prefer the flavour of this one. There's a really good mix of vegetables and some fried crispy bits which add texture, and the noodles are just the right chewiness.
