Volcano Roll

This was one of the best vegan sushi I’ve ever had. Everything here is pretty expensive, rolls range from $17-$20. In my city I get the same quality for half the price. But still absolutely worth it. The meat was delicious and mixed with the cream cheese was an explosion in my mouth. My boyfriend never liked sushi before but this roll has him as obsessed as I am.

This roll is amazing. With vegan shrimp Baked on top of the roll. So good!

Was going to write these reviews tomorrow.. but I haven’t been able to get this roll out of my head so I had to post ASAP. I took a bite and naturally started kicking my feet under the table out of joy. It was THAT good. The flavor combo was unlike any sushi roll I’ve ever had— vegan AND non-vegan!! I’m going to seriously crave this until the next time I inevitably go and get it again. It has a smokiness to it that is so delightful, and it has a nice mild heat to it that really adds to the dish overall. Super good without being too overwhelming/rich, so I wouldn’t feel sick after eating a whole roll. I’d pinpoint a few favorite ingredients/toppings, but tbh, each was of great quality, & they all combined together marvelously. I had to close my eyes in order to really savor and enjoy my last bite. More on the pricey side… but if you are willing to splurge and treat yourself to a good vegan sushi roll, please try it out!!
