Vietnamese Noodles Soup

Phở~ Silky smooth flat rice noodles served with banana 'ham', some kind of mock cutlet, and mushroom-konjac balls. 🍜🍖🍢 Personally wasn't such a fan of the mock ingredients, but the broth was pretty tasty, and I'm saying this as someone who usually finds pho too plain and boring!!
