Vietnam Yam Rolls

Has a nice subtle sweet taste and makes for a good side dish!

i’m a fan of yam so i really enjoyed this! it wasn’t too oily

Chewy and delicious fresh yam filling wrapped in crunchy flaky layers, delivered (as part of a meal) in a cute little box. The thick texture of the yam and crispy texture of the outer layers make for an enjoyable contrast of mouthfeel, though it is slightly greasy. Not unpalatably so, though.

Rolls texture similar to Vietnamese fried spring roll, but yam is used instead. Not too sweet, hence not overpowering in flavour. Well balanced and a good side dish.

Really beautiful and delicate i feel like i can’t even eat them without feeling bad
