This local #whitewine is certified #veganwine on #barnivore. It is a crisp, dry white with hints of citrus and is made with #listanblanco, #albillocriollo and #negramoll grapes. Made by a small family-run winery on the north side of #lapalma island, it carries the certification of origin. As it is a rare find, very recommended. Priced at 16€ for the bottle at this restaurant.
