Veggie Taco Rice

This is a basically a taco salad served on a huge portion of rice. The vegan “meat” was quite good, and there’s a good portion of salad with fresh veggies (and a side of salsa). I just wish it came with more tortilla chips (they only give you one on top!) and a bigger portion of guacamole.

I loved this dish because it had lots of leaves and flavour! Next time I would ask if they can put brown rice instead of the white rice as base. Toppings were fabulous.
