The “veggie shrimp” tasted, well, shrimpy. It was still a lovely experience digging into this though. Heads-up, a couple of items on their dim sum menu contain dairy or eggs and are not indicated clearly. They’re well known for their dim sum and I do value their effort to make dim sum even without prawns! I think I stopped being excited about dim sum since there are no prawns until Lotus tried recreating veggie dimsums!

Has a chewy spongy texture, quite good at mimicking the real thing. Taste is good, one of my favorite. #veganisnotscary
