Vegetarian Steamed Chicken Rice

Decent dish, not bad tasting. The taste texture n fluffiness of the rice is great. The tofu skin for chicken is nice but just a wee bit soggy. The chilli,however was a tad too garlicky. Goes well with those sweet dark soy sauce n soup!
