Good sandwich easily made vegan by leaving off the queso. Some of the best fries and bread I had while visiting the Galapapos. This place ain't cheap though but it was really hard finding cheap vegan food in Puerto Ayora. One place even told us "oh yea no problem. We can make it vegan." Then the soup had little pieces of chicken floating around in it. There's another restaurant in Puerto Ayora called Lo & Lo with a couple of vegan options. We couldn't check it out because it was closed Monday and Tuesday.
