Vegetarian rice dumpling

Too sweet for me haha but the glutinous rice part was nice!

Mock meat was sweet and savory and the sticky rice was perfectly soft after steaming for 2 min 👌 #veganisnotscary

Tastes great, moist outside and chewy inside with mushroom filling
