Vegetarian Fish Head Vermicelli

This is a must every time I’m in Penang 🤭 A different outlet each time though, because #abillionhacks ftw 🙌 The #broth is #soymilk based and super #umami with tomatoes 🍅, #gojiberry, and silken #tofu 🥢 Their #batter is a work of art — #mushrooms 🍄 and #eggplant 🍆 by the way and is perfect to dip in their #vermicelli soup 🍜 The prices here are steep but it pays to eat #healthy and Idealite certainly makes good on their promise in that regard 🤗

This #takeout was a total winner 😍 I can’t believe I’ve never tried it before! The soup is super creamy & flavourful and the “fish head”, basically beautifully battered mushrooms 🍄 and eggplants 🍆, was out of this world. This is a #hangoverfood game changer for sure 😂 #abillionwomen
