Vegetarian dumplings

I was so excited to try a new dumpling place - they're actually Michelin recommended, and they handmake their dumpling wraps. However I felt that the wrap was really thick so the ratio of skin to filling was a bit too high. The filling was flavorful but not my favorite.

This place never ceases to please! Delicious piping hot vegetarian dumplings and silky smooth noodles. Ask for a complimentary tea too. Note the soup broth has chicken-stock so if you are completely vegetarian, ask for hot water as the soup base instead (as can be seen in the photo)
