Vegetarian Chicken Rice

Loved the fragrant rice that came along with the beancurd chicken. Could’ve done with a little more greens. Two lonely cucumber slices just didn’t cut it mate.

I like how the “skin” of the beancurd is a bit crispy! I think the beancurd flavour is nice and adequately salty. The flavour of the rice is okay too, not oily at all! They gave 2 pieces of cucumber but I would have liked it better if they gave more veggies!

Ordered for dinner(late) which prolly explains why it has more chicken than rice. Nope, I din 🐔 out.
