Vegetable Biryani (GF/V)

🍲 The sign says Raj Prime Vegetarian Restaurant in Calcutta since 1965 🍲 The staff seems well trained for a posh restaurant although not dressed that way. 🍲 We are pleasantly surprised the staff held open the door for us before we 5 steps away from the door & also handed a plastic bag for our umbrella. 🍲 Order taking, serving & clearing was imppecable. The menu is clearly labelled with vegan, gluten free and no onion garlic to cater to all types of vegetarians! The food is top notch! 🍲 This vegetable biryani is super delicious.
