This normally comes with shrimp but I #veganized it. I'm always super excited to try anything with saffron but the dish was kind of just ok. There was a lot of garlic and that really didn't do much for the saffron. Everything was also super wet, it was kind of like my pasta was taking a bath! I used to love #piatti when I lived in Sacramento so will give it another shot next time I'm back there or in Denver.
