Vegan Strawberry Rhubarb Dip Bar

Moo Shu's vegan ice creams are enjoyed by everyone. The texture is no different than that of real diary ice cream. Though this was good, I had high expectations. It wasn't quite like the strawberry rhubarb pie I grew up eating, but still worth a try! Made with fresh local strawberries and rhubarb too!
