Vegan Salad

The vegan salad was very tasty! Farro, quinoa, carrots, cabbage, cucumber, avocado, peppers, caramelized onions, radishes, cilantro...fresh, healthy, very filling and delicious! I would definitely eat it again. I also had a pizza with vegan mozzarella and arugula which was great! Many toppings to choose from!
