Vegan Roses

Love the originality of the vegan sushi here. These vegan roses were really tasty and fresh. I loved the caramelised cashews, edamame and micro greens. Would have loved this even more if tofu was on the inside or perhaps a carrot lox? Either way, I was still happy with my choice! #sushi #plantbased #savetheocean
