Vegan Philly

The Vegan Philly is delicious! It is made with Herbiverous Butcher’s vegan porterhouse, with Chao cheese, sautéed red and green peppers, mushrooms, and onions on a vegan hoagie roll, and comes with vegan au jus for dipping. I chose the vegan coke slaw as my side dish, and that too is delicious!
