Vegan Philly

This was magnificent and my favorite dish of the day. I've never had a real Philly cheesesteak to compare, but this vegan one was delicious. The #seitan is marinated so well with a great flavor. The bun was so delightfully soft. It was a super #hotmess with the vegan ranch and cheese and I ended up having to fork and knife it 🤣 Highly recommend! this was KILLER. Marinated seitan with sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms with vegan mayo and vegan provolone. Heck yeah. $13 - which I figured was a fair price (I ate half before snapping the photo). The restaurant shares a patio with the ice cream shop located on the other side of the building, which is a woman-owned small business with vegan ‘scream options! #veganisnotscary
