Vegan Pad Thai

This is a lovely little restaurant that’s just opened up in the relatively new food dock in the quays. I really enjoyed this Pad Thai. I didn’t love that even if you sat in then everything was served in takeout containers. It was all eco-friendly and recyclable takeout containers and cutlery, but obviously reusable is even better than that.
