My mom ordered two dishes for my husband and I as a takeaway (Pad Thai is in the bottom dish pictured) - needless to say, the portions were HUGE. Could easily have shared one dish between two or even three of us. I really love Melkbos Kitchen as they are always so welcoming and happy to provide vegan options. As for this dish? It was very tasty (and so nice to enjoy a Pad Thai after a long time!) we just found it to be quite salty. I would order again, but would request them to add less salt.
