Vegan P.B Brownie Cake

The vanilla ice cream was absolutely delicious and so rich and creamy. They recently switched to an oatmilk base. Ugh, I loved it. The outside was coated in a chocolate 🍫and peanut butter shell with brownie bits. This entire cake was only $18, too!
