
Apparently OnlyEg stopped producing the allium-free version of their omelette for F&Bs, so Warung Ijo started making their in-house vegan egg mix, subject to availability for the day. 🧑🍳🍳 Could definitely taste that it was a turmeric tofu base, alongside straw mushrooms in lieu of 'oysters' and optional cilantro. 🍄🟫🌿 Super duper crispy, not just on the edges but throughout, without the usual gooey chewy starchy bits I would expect from orhluak.
