I was worried I didn't like it as I am very picky about foods. But it tasted nice! I think its tofu, with a chewy tecture that seems to mimic fishball(?) fishcake texture. Really nice!! Do try this as it is not easy to find vegan oden
2 konjac 'fishcake' slices in hot broth. Served with soy sauce. Honestly found this very bland and without any seafood aroma. Wouldn't really recommend this, except for the novelty of eating a vegan version of this popular street snack. (2,500 won)
Finally got to try fish cake! The "fish" cake was good, but I almost preferred the soup. It has a slight pepper taste.
There’s not much flavour to this, but you can detect a bit of a fishy taste. Can’t complain too much about this snack since it’s authentic and super cheap!
PRObably the only vegan odeng you can find in korea
