I’m so addicted to this soup that my phone has started automatically notifying me every time I get in my car how far away oriental cafe is 😂 this soup is made with veggie broth with vermicelli noodles, steamed cabbage and broccoli, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and basil! Salty, savory, and very yummy. Unfortunately this is the only item on their menu that is specifically labeled as vegan, but the owners are very nice and might be able to “veganize” some of their other dishes.
