Vegan Mung Brownie with Umami Ice Cream

I wanted to try the mung brownie for months and it was really delicious! Love it! The combination of mungo beans and the ice cream creates an amazing taste! The huadou Café is completely vegan and tries to be glutenfree. A real catch ;)
