Vegan Kung Pao Chicken

This is delicious. Go eat it. It's marinated seitan chicken, and it's amazing. There're peanuts, peppers, vegetables, overarching spice. My one complaint is that it was over-salted the last time I got it. You can tell I'm getting more invested in my food reviews, because I just used the word 'overarching' like I know what I'm talking about.
