My mum ordered this vegan hamburger in our first visit to Crock and Roll. It was made up of a beyond burger, a fried egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and ketchup and fries on the side (yes, all vegan). She's not vegan but she said she enjoyed the combo as a whole, specially the fries. I got to try the burger in the place and (the leftovers) at home; it tasted too meaty for me. I liked that they gave us cardboard containers for the leftovers instead of plastic ones. I also liked that the non-vegan and vegan hamburgers were the same price. I wouldn't order this again and my mum wouldn't either, but only because it's not our cup of tea.
The truth is that the service was a bit loosy. Althought the waitress was nice, it took forever to give us a table, get the order, bring the food, give us the containers and the bill... It was crowded, yes, and perhaps the staff number fell short. However, they also missed the vegan and non-vegan fried eggs in my parents and sister's hamburgers. Everything took so long that the experience became less enjoyable than it could have been. I doubt my family will be willing to go back, though I may; they have many vegan options both on the menu and at the counter.
