I came to get a cake, but apparently they don’t make the one non-raw vegan cake anymore, so I randomly ordered this. It’s a HUGE portion, which is good since this isn’t cheap for Thai standards. It has grilled baby romaine, chickpea croutons, roasted coconut, cashews, cashew parm, and a really tasty dressing. The flavours were INSANELY good, with lots of textures too. The only downsides are it’s a bit pricey and the dish overall is quite oily. But I was pleasantly surprised by how good this is!
