Vegan funghi Di Bosco

This pizza was gorgeous! It was so nice in fact I've decided to do my first review on Abillion. The vegan mozzarella was delicate with no weird aftertaste like some of the vegan cheeses do. It was a bit sloppy in texture like soft cheese, but it was delicious 😋 Great crispy pizza crust! I ordered a garlic and herb vegan butter, which also slapped. Overall it was really nice and the kind of quality I'd expect from Pizza Express. It was refreshing to have mushroom and vegetable options over fake pepperoni meat. Would recommend!
