Vegan Enchiladas

Absolutely blown away by the vegan enchiladas from Hispanic Mechanic. They somehow managed to capture the taste and feel of Mexico and oh my god are they huge. Rich, tasty, delicious.

Excellent enchiladas. Great taste. Only downsides are they didn't arrive particularly hot, and it's pretty expensive for the price of the portion.
