Vegan Caramel Biscuit Cupcake

Lola’s caramel biscuit cupcake. I’ve been informed this was delicious! Quite on the pricey side though £3 I think.

Ok so - I don’t think Lola’s cupcakes taste the best. Their cupcakes feel mass-produced and meh quality. That said, they really are quite widely available throughout London so thats fab!! You can find them at kiosks in many of the underground stations. This biscoff cupcake was filled with a dab of Biscoff spread then iced with a tangy Biscoff cream cheese. It looked pretty with the caramel drizzle and the cookie crumble. To be completely honest, I found it too sweet and rich and did not finish it all. Overall a fun treat but improvements in quality could be made! #cupcakes #lotus #biscoff #sweettooth
