Vegan Calamari

Calamari used to be one of my favourites in my omni days so I was keen to try this tofu based version. Verdict? The texture is similar to the fish version, as is the accompanying lemon and tartar sauce. So it's a similar eating experience, although the taste isn't the same. Yummy as its own thing though and I enjoyed it. I recommend giving it a try. From Lucy and Kou. #supportlocal #tofish
