Really decent breakfast hash. Crispy hashbrowns, with mushrooms, tomato, greens, and a vegan almond veggie patty. Topped with sliced avocados.
Has the heterogeneity of textures I want from a hash, crunch from the hash browns, umami from the mushrooms, and the freshness of the avocados and veggies worked well.
Only downside I can think of is the dish was a little wet, but understandable given all the veggies. It is also the only vegan option on the menu that I saw so the restaurant is getting a poke for that.
