Vegan Bowl

Very wholesome but not as flavorful as I would have liked ... the sweet potato mash on top was the best part

This dish was amazing! Tempeh, purple mashed potato, crunchy veggies, almonds, with a sesame sauce. I ordered the set which came with brown rice, a small glass of kombucha, fermented veggies, miso soup, pumpkin, and burdock. Super healthy, light, and flavourful.
