Vegan version of a typical portuguese dish that consists of seitan steak with a special sauce on top of it (with a soft touch of mustard and pepper), sunny side up egg (amazing vegan fried egg), french fries and rice. Very interesting plate for those who want to try something traditionally portuguese.
