vegan agnolotti

il fornello, a standard italian restaurant, has an entire separate menu of plant based pasta, pizza, apps & zerts. can we take a sec to reflect on what a truly happening time it is to be vegan............... it’s spreading. it’s accessible. it’s big tasty. it gives me hope that one day the enslavement of animals will end or at least greatly diminish. anyway, the pasta was good! it had a heap of veggies, mhm. buttery sauce good with bread, Mhm. they bring you spoonfuls of vegan parm, MMHMM. returning soon to try it all 😋
