There was a big group at our friend's house and they ordered this meal for

takeaway. A few people already had their way with this dish before I got a photo.
If you eat this dish in person, it will definitely be more presentable and have more food on the plate :)
We really enjoyed everything we tried from Variable.
This dish has tofu kabob with brown lemon rice, grilled tomato, zucchini, squash, red onion. 
I also really loved the Coconut Shrimp, Pho, Guac and Tortilla Chips.

My favorite dish from LA. If we had stayed longer, we would have hit this

place twice. We LOVED this bowl. It had the most delicious #organic tofu kabob that was marinated with delicious sweet sauce and grilled pineapple. It came on a huge bed of lemon rice, grilled blistered tomatoes, zuhcinni, squash, lentils, arugula, red onion, and vegan feta. It also came with the most amazing whipped creamy garlic sauce. Everything about this dish was fantastic, and the quality was 💯 They were so nice and even tried to help me photograph by offering to open blinds and windows.
