I’m not sure if I enjoyed this as much as their sweet #galette options, but I don’t regret buying it! The fillings were roasted leek and cauliflower purée, chilli pickles, onion, romesco (tomato sauce) and crunchy chickpeas. I thought all the components had delicious and complimentary textures and flavours, apart from the chickpeas, which felt really out of place (I would ask for these to be left out next time). The galette is made from buckwheat sourdough batter and is naturally vegan and #glutenfree, and they use this for the sweet ones too if you request the vegan version. I prefer the them to the non-vegan #crepes - they have a more earthy flavour, and are slightly thicker and softer. I like how you get to watch them make your #crepe from scratch, and they are always really friendly here.
