Uncle King’s Wings

I’ve never seen mushroom wings before. These were really amazing. They taste, feel and look just like wings. I’m very impressed. The garnishes were lovely too.

Deep fried oyster mushrooms in a batter in a tasty spicy sauce. Paired well with fresh cilantro and a pickled veg (I think it was bok choy) on the side. The more we ate the more we wanted. Different than the deep fried oyster mushrooms we’ve had elsewhere.
