Uji Matcha Single Yolk Mooncake

Happy Mid-Autumn Festival everyone 🎑 中秋節快樂 💛 Nomvnom's plant-based yolk was a little too rich for me but I loved—loved—the matcha filling 🍵💛

The salted "egg" yolk is nice and salty (not sure how they made this, but this is amazing). I guess I wish there could be more of this in the mooncake as I feel that the "egg yolk" layer is too thin. Overall, this has a good combination of flavors.
