This consisted of creamy polenta with tangy, savory, and creamy signature curry sauce served with sukuma wiki (braised greens and seasoned Beyond Meat 🐮-free beef), 2 sambusa (hand-made pastries filled with Beyond Meat 🐮-free beef and potato stew that come with spicy house-made lemon ginger sauce), and kachumbari salad (East African's go-to salad made with spinach, onions soaked in lemon juice, and tomatoes). It had a great variety of deliciousness.
